In this paper, we describe the steps necessary to use an online tool to learn how to implement progress monitoring in algebra. We provide teachers with guidance for learning about progress monitoring, selecting measures, implementing data collection, and interpreting progress monitoring data. The online system, developed with support from an Institute of Education Sciences grant, provides teachers with access to professional development modules and data management tools to support implementation of algebra progress monitoring. Resources, websites, visuals, and case studies are included to support teachers’ learning about algebra progress monitoring.
