The Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) released a report for fiscal years 2017 through 2020 as mandated by Section 13 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. In the State Vocational Rehabilitation Services program, RSA notes improved performance in the number of students with disabilities that received pre-employment transition and other services. The report also discusses discretionary grant investments that have helped expand career pathways for individuals with disabilities including technical assistance centers that assist state agencies to provide services to children with disabilities and those from underserved populations, and grants that funded programs that help students with disabilities transition from secondary to postsecondary education.
