Office of Civil Rights Unveils New Policy Guidance Portal

The Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights (OCR) has unveiled a portal of guidance documents for current policies. The online resource is a compilation of documents detailing OCR’s response to relevant legal statutes, including Title VI, Title IX, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The portal includes 75 records dating back to 1970, with the most recent guidance published this week. The date published, date added to portal, title of guidance, and relevant statute are listed for each record.
