The Data-Driven Planning domain emphasizes the intentional use of assessment, progress monitoring, and multiple data sources to make informed instructional decisions that improve student outcomes. Educators use data to identify student strengths and needs, develop meaningful goals, plan instruction, monitor progress, and adjust supports based on evidence. This domain promotes continuous improvement by ensuring that educational decisions are responsive, individualized, and aligned with student learning priorities. Effective data-driven planning also supports collaboration among educators, families, and related service providers to ensure that instructional planning is coordinated, measurable, and focused on student success.

Instruction for Behavior and Academics

Intensify and Intervene as Needed
