About the Presenter:

Nicola is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) driven by a desire to empower others. Nicola leads wellness workshops that equip participants with practical tools and strategies to enhance their overall social and emotional well-being and resilience. Beginning her career as a teacher, experience in the education sector has honed Nicola’s ability to communicate complex concepts effectively and tailor her approach to meet the diverse needs of her clients. With a deep understanding of human behaviour, Nicola makes a significant impact in helping individuals navigate life's challenges through a therapeutic approach rooted in empathy, authenticity, and evidence-based techniques. Integrating her understanding of systems and human dynamics, Nicola creates a supportive and interactive environment where participants can engage in meaningful discussions, explore new perspectives, and develop practical skills to thrive personally and professionally.
