Back-to-School Blueprint

American Enterprise Institute (AEI) issued a report last week that focuses on six key areas – school operations, whole child supports, school personnel, academics, distance learning, and general considerations – for state policymakers, education and community leaders, as well as federal officials to consider as they plan safe and responsive approaches to reopen schools.

To support the key considerations, AEI says, “the work to reopen schools must begin now to ensure that the opportunities and the challenges for the vital work of schools to connect, channel and teach students is based on public health frameworks.”
