Nancy M. Cline, a coordinator at the West Virginia Department of Education for 12 years, has over 30 years of experience in public education as a teacher, administrator, an instructional technology specialist, and a district-level special education coordinator. She serves as the President of the West Virginia CEC and is a member of the National Association for Family, School, and Community Engagement. Nancy earned her Bachelor's from Hampton University, her Master's from Old Dominion University, and was trained in Family Engagement at Harvard University.
