Clarissa Rosas

Clarissa E. Rosas, Ph.D., & Dr. Kathleen G. Winterman, Ed.D., have extensive teaching and administrative experience in general and special education. Dr. Rosas’ expertise and research interest includes developing innovative programs and curriculum to prepare preservice and in-service teachers to meet the social and educational challenges of children with disabilities from diverse populations. Dr. Winterman’s interest include teacher preparation, early childhood special education, autism, educational leadership, the use of instructional technology, and services for students with mental illnesses.
