It Takes “Work” to Advance Opportunities

Cornell’s Yang-Tan Institute (YTI) conducts research and provides continuing education and technical assistance on various aspects of disability in the workplace. YTI works to advance knowledge, policies and practices that enhance the opportunities of people with disabilities through projects, training, technical assistance, and research in topic areas such as community inclusion, disability statistics, disability benefits, workforce development, and educational achievement.
