Although the rate of high school students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) enrolling in college after high school graduation continues to rise, college students with ASD consistently graduate at lower rates compared to students without disclosed disabilities. However, educators are increasingly using technology such as software applications (apps) to support students in experiencing success after graduation. The purpose of this manuscript is to describe 10 apps that educators can use to build student skills related to five key domains known to influence the success of college students with ASD: academics, social interactions, living outside of the family home, executive functioning skills, and mental health needs. We report our process for vetting the 10 apps, provide descriptions for our final selection of apps, and offer suggestions for ways in which high school educators can enhance student skills through the use of the apps.
